The beach near Scheveningen at low tide (detail)

€0.00

70 × 130 cm

The energy of the sea and the movement of water are a constant source of inspiration which the artist explores in compositions that shift between fluid and geometric forms.

In this seascape, the first layer, as seen in the sky, is made of tickets that have been glued and removed when dry, leaving random traces of their recangular shape. The rest of the composition is built with layers of thinned down coloured fragments.
